The Cowtown Grotto founded in 2005 is chartered as NSS I/O #450. Cowtown Grotto members are from Fort Worth, Texas and surrounding areas. Like most NSS Grottos, The Cowtown Grotto is a not-for-profit caving club. The Cowtown Grotto meets on the third Wednesday of every month except for December when a Christmas Party with cavers from all The Metroplex Cavers Grottos attending is substituted. The Cowtown Grotto meetings are currently held at: The Rig Steakhouse
Members and Guest arrive at The Rig about 6:15 PM and begin eating. Meetings begin at 7:00 PM. The Cowtown Grotto Publishes a newsletter The Cowtown Underground which is available to members, subscribers and exchanges. The newsletter is distributed by e-mail only. |
